Fence Panel Repair

This is another property mgmt company call looking to get their tenant’s fence standing again. As you can tell in the photos, rehanging the panel is just a quick fix and does not solve the problem of the adjacent posts being rotted away. Eventually this fence is going to have similar problems but since the tenants had dogs, they were just looking for a quick fix to keep their dogs contained.
